Refund policy

At Jimex Nutrition, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to return a product or request a refund. Therefore, we have established the following policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers:

Returns:

1. unopened or defective products: if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to request a return. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.

2. Customer Error Exchange: If you placed an incorrect order or changed your mind about a product, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order. Products must be in their original condition and unopened. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.

Refunds:

1. returned products: once we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Products not received: If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame or if there is a problem with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to resolve the delivery problem, we will offer you a full refund of the amount paid.

Exceptions:

1. Perishable or opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
